Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand in Rangiora as a Retail Assistant focusing on replenishment. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support daily store operations to ensure a high-quality shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging personally and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Maintain product availability with regular replenishment, emphasizing essentials and fresh items while ensuring proper stock rotation and presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store operations running smoothly and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to all safety standards and company policies, reporting any hazards promptly.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team and customer interactions.

• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach, including escalating concerns to management as needed.
• Availability to work flexible shifts between 4:30 PM and 6:30 AM, as per roster options including late evenings and nights from Thursday to Sunday.

Shift Schedule

• Thursday: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Friday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Saturday: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Sunday: 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM
