Role Summary
We are seeking a full-time Retail Assistant Manager for our DV8 store located in Mullingar. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customers, colleagues, and products. They should inspire the team, foster a positive work environment, and promote teamwork. Retail experience is preferred, although other relevant backgrounds will be considered. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain composed and approachable under pressure are important.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all team members and customers by adhering strictly to safety guidelines at all times.
- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team and cover the store when needed.
- Promote a culture focused on outstanding customer service, meeting performance goals, and precise stock management.
- Take an active, hands-on role in all operational and commercial tasks.
- Maintain store security through proper procedure compliance and keyholding responsibilities, ensuring team adherence as well.
