Role Overview
The Retail Account Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing partner success on the Wolt platform by managing relationships, optimizing partner performance through data insights, and collaborating across teams to foster growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Driving commercial growth for existing retail partners.
- Managing a portfolio of retail partners to create value for partners, customers, couriers, and Wolt.
- Leveraging data analytics to uncover opportunities, tailor campaigns, and advise partners for improved outcomes.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong communication and identifying expansion possibilities.
- Facilitating seamless interdepartmental collaboration to align objectives and maximize partner results.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, retail operations, or sales; experience in e-commerce or marketplaces is advantageous.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic business insights.
- Proven project management skills including stakeholder engagement and process execution.
- Self-motivated with a detail-oriented, structured approach and a proactive attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.
