About the Role
The Restoration Supervisor serves as the primary representative for the restoration brand, embodying the commitment to excellent customer service. This role involves overseeing and performing project activities to meet service requirements and ensure a positive experience for clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and execute production tasks as scheduled, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee customer relations to achieve superior satisfaction, monitored through online feedback.
- Clearly communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their work activities.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation of each job to support service delivery.
- Manage labor and material usage on assigned projects efficiently.
- Coordinate progress and issues with project managers and office personnel.
Additional Duties
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines throughout all job sites.
- Protect and properly utilize equipment and materials to manage assets responsibly.
- Provide coaching and training to restoration technicians to enhance their skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Holder of a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction fields.
- Certification from IICRC is advantageous but not required.
Physical Abilities and Competencies
- Capability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with help.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, working at elevated heights, and in confined areas such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying tasks.
- Experience working safely with various cleaning chemicals.
