Role Overview

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Ahmedabad for a Restocker. The person in this role will be tasked with replenishing vending machines and retail shelves following planograms and inventory data, making sure all merchandise is properly labeled, rotated, and presented. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading inventory, inspecting expiration dates, keeping accurate stock records, and notifying management about low stock levels, damaged goods, or maintenance needs. The role demands travel between various assigned sites along predetermined routes and accomplishing restocking activities within set schedules. The Restocker will also ensure cleanliness around machines and storage zones, comply with safety and company regulations, and communicate operational issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail along with fundamental arithmetic skills for accurate counting, labeling, and inventory monitoring.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle routes, restocking timelines, and multiple locations effectively.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with supervisors, report problems, and follow instructions clearly.
• Physical fitness to lift, carry, and transport stock and to stand or walk for long periods in a physically active onsite setting.
• Experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or field operations is advantageous, including understanding of basic inventory management procedures.
• Completion of high school or equivalent education is preferred, coupled with consistent punctuality and strong dedication to safety and customer service.
