Job Overview
Supermac's located in Birr, County Offaly seeks dedicated and adaptable full-time restaurant staff to join their team. This role is integral to supporting the management in delivering exceptional quality, service, and cleanliness across multiple brands including Supermac’s, Papa John's, SuperSubs, Mac’s Deli, and Bewley’s Barista & Spar.
Primary Duties
- Providing friendly and welcoming service to all customers, ensuring a memorable visit each time.
- Rotating through various areas of the restaurant to maintain consistent quality and safety standards.
- Collaborating with coworkers and management respectfully to uphold smooth operations.
- Adhering closely to company guidelines regarding food preparation, production, and storage to maintain high standards.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance on and off-site.
- Supporting management efforts to grow customer numbers and increase daily sales.
- Handling cash transactions meticulously according to management directions.
- Ensuring uniform and personal appearance comply with company policies.
- Demonstrating flexibility to perform duties across all site areas as needed.
- Prioritizing customer satisfaction throughout shifts, from opening to closing.
- Effectively addressing customer complaints and incident reports, escalating to supervisors or managers as appropriate.
- Maintaining cleanliness of customer-facing areas, including lobby and restrooms.
