We are seeking dedicated Restaurant Staff responsible for preparing food items adhering to standard operating procedures for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, managing the cash counter, and providing excellent customer service. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, delivering swift and precise service, and upholding the company’s quality standards to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food products according to established SOPs for veg and non-veg items.
• Process customer orders, including suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
• Manage transactions at the cash counter efficiently.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the store premises.
• Deliver fast, accurate service while fostering positive guest relationships.
• Maintain food quality and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Manager on Duty.
