Job Overview
We are actively recruiting for the position of Restaurant Staff at our KFC outlet located in Hoshiarpur city. Preference will be given to applicants residing locally to ensure reliable commuting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Process customer orders efficiently while engaging in suggestive selling and upselling techniques to enhance sales.
- Manage operations at the cash counter accurately handling transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store environment.
- Deliver fast and precise service, foster positive relationships with guests, and ensure that all products meet the company's quality benchmarks.
- Guarantee food quality and strive for complete customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty.
