Restaurant Manager

About the Role

This role is for a General Manager position at a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee in Hawkinsville, GA. The franchisee is an independent entity licensed to use McDonald’s branding but operates separately from McDonald’s USA, which is not involved in employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities

The General Manager will be accountable for leading a profitable restaurant by maintaining McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include collaborating with restaurant leadership to set and achieve operational goals, managing a team of Department Managers by guiding their individual objectives and performance improvements, and ensuring the recruitment and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager, preferably managing high-volume quick service restaurant locations.
• Experience in hospitality or retail sectors is a plus.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years to hold a managerial role in corporate-operated restaurants.
