Job Overview

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee various shifts including day, opening, and closing shifts to ensure high-quality service and restaurant readiness throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Department Managers with defined roles across the restaurant.
- Assist Department Managers in goal setting, monitor their progress, and provide mentorship to enhance their departments and overall restaurant performance.
- Recruit, train, and nurture Department and Shift Managers to build a skilled and effective leadership team for sustained success.
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s rigorous standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant objectives and execute strategic plans to achieve targets.
- Maintain complete scheduling flexibility to accommodate restaurant needs across all shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
