Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership record managing dynamic, fast-paced environments, ideally with teams of 10 or more
• Strong financial insight including sales strategy, profit and loss analysis, inventory control, and budget monitoring
• Experience in workforce rostering and inventory management
• History of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Excellence in delivering exceptional customer service
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
