About the Role

The Restaurant Manager role based in Nagpur requires overseeing daily cafe operations to ensure excellence in chai preparation, food handling, cleanliness, and maintenance standards. This position involves enforcing company policies to maintain top-quality service, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
• Lead recruitment, training, and motivation of baristas and support staff to achieve sales goals and offer outstanding customer experiences.
• Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback, promoting skill development and career growth within the team.
• Create a positive, inclusive work environment that embraces diversity and teamwork.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service while addressing feedback and issues promptly for enhanced satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify ways to improve customer engagement and retention through service initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational background of 12th pass, graduate, or diploma holder in Hotel Management or related fields.
• Previous experience in a managerial capacity in the food service sector, especially quick-service restaurants or cafes.
• Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focusing on customer service.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals, operations management, and budget control.
• Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene standards with a commitment to cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
