Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team ranging from 20 to 50 staff members to deliver exceptional service and results.
- Manage daily operations including rostering, talent acquisition, inventory control, and compliance, with Area Manager support.
- Support team development with regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and career growth planning.
- Oversee the financial management aspects such as profit and loss statements, budgeting, and key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
- Drive local community engagement through the Local Matters program.
