Role Overview

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the complete operations of the restaurant, ensuring a customer experience that progresses from excellent to truly exceptional. Your responsibilities include leading and developing the team through effective coaching and training, managing inventory, and overseeing all financial aspects of the restaurant. You will be accountable for maintaining the highest quality standards, ensuring policy compliance, and driving the restaurant’s financial success.

• Proven leadership skills managing teams within high-volume, fast-paced hospitality settings
• Track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong communication abilities
• Experience in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximizing profitability
