Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Crewmembers to join their team in Kenner, LA. This full-time role involves contributing actively to multiple areas within the restaurant while engaging positively with customers and colleagues. The position is entry-level with paid training provided regardless of prior restaurant experience.

Compensation and Advancement

The starting wage is $11.00 per hour. Within the first year, employees may earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through further training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Pay is distributed weekly, except in certain states where bi-weekly payment applies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as taking customer orders, processing payments efficiently, and cleaning dining and kitchen areas.
• Follow safety protocols for food handling and preparation.
• Assist other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.
• Handle physically demanding duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and performing mobility tasks like bending, stooping, and stair climbing.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
