Position Overview
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Crewmembers to join our team for morning shifts in Lafayette, LA. This entry-level role offers competitive starting pay at $10.50 per hour, with paid training provided to ensure your success, regardless of previous experience. Whether you have background in customer service, retail, food preparation, or cashiering, this opportunity welcomes you to contribute to a fun and dynamic restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering fast, friendly service by taking customer orders and efficiently handling payments.
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including tables and floors.
- Adhering to food safety standards during preparation and handling.
- Operating as a dependable team member supporting others to maintain seamless operations.
- Performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and moving through stairs.

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting wage of $10.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $1.50 additional per hour within the first year through training and performance.
