Overview
RASOI Restaurant & Party Hall, situated in Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95, is seeking a dependable and skilled Restaurant Captain to oversee daily floor operations and ensure exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the restaurant floor operations on a daily basis to maintain smooth service.
- Provide guidance and oversight to stewards and service personnel.
- Address guest requests promptly and resolve routine complaints effectively.
- Ensure proper table settings, cleanliness, and adherence to service protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff and management to facilitate seamless coordination and operations.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of prior restaurant experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers.
- Exemplary diligence, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Experience in managing teams is preferred.
- Availability for immediate joining is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between ₹20,000 and ₹21,000.
