Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Captain for a café located on 12th Main, Indiranagar, Bangalore. The individual will be responsible for greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth dining experiences through efficient coordination with kitchen and barista teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly receive guests and oversee table assignments.
- Record food and beverage orders accurately.
- Liaise effectively with kitchen staff and baristas.
- Maintain prompt service delivery and ensure guest satisfaction throughout.
- Supervise steward staff and manage overall floor operations efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and uphold high service quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience working in cafés or restaurant environments.
- Strong communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of 27,000 to 34,000 INR.
