About the Role

We are seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Stewards in the Food & Beverage Service department within the hospitality sector. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and maintaining restaurant operations smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and delivering exceptional service.
• Promptly taking and serving food and beverage orders.
• Ensuring the restaurant environment is clean and hygienic at all times.
• Efficiently preparing and clearing tables.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow.
• Familiarizing with the menu to assist guests with suitable recommendations.
• Addressing guest inquiries and handling minor service-related issues.
• Adhering to established restaurant service protocols and operational guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
• Well-groomed, professional demeanor.
• Capability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation and Benefits
