Role and Responsibilities

• Lead residential electrical installations effectively alongside an apprentice who manages tools, materials, and on-site cleanup, allowing you to concentrate on delivering quality workmanship.

• Execute residential projects in strict alignment with electrical codes using detailed pre-planning and clearly defined scopes of work.
• Maintain direct, friendly communication with homeowners to build trust, keeping them informed throughout the project.
• Conclude jobs diligently by providing homeowner walkthroughs, sharing photographic updates, and soliciting reviews.

Requirements

• Comfort with completing standard end-of-job procedures, including walkthroughs, introducing oneself to neighbors, and requesting feedback.
