Resident Surveyor

About the Role

We seek an experienced Resident Surveyor to oversee and coordinate all surveying duties on-site, guaranteeing their accuracy and punctuality to meet project demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, and supervise all surveying operations at the construction site.
• Plan and manage daily surveying schedules efficiently.
• Ensure that all measurements and data collection are precise, timely, and compliant with project standards.
• Participate in site meetings and collaborate closely with clients on all matters relating to land surveying.
• Perform regular site inspections to verify quality control and adherence to standards.
• Provide assistance to the construction team as required.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experience working as a Land Surveyor.
• Academic credentials including a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in handling HDB projects.
• Mandatory registration as a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
