Role Overview
The Reserve Card Relationship Manager role is essential to advancing UOB's credit card business within the premium client segment. These managers are adept at addressing the diverse lifestyle and banking needs of Reserve Card clientele, building strong relationships, and consistently surpassing client expectations.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide superior account management by anticipating client needs and efficiently resolving issues.
- Support clients with banking and lifestyle requests such as frequent flyer mile redemptions, restaurant reservations, and golf bookings.
- Meet acquisition goals by attracting new clients via internal leads and external networks.
- Participate in dining and fashion events to maintain relationships with existing clients and expand the prospective client base.
- Contribute to team success through achieving individual sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or as air crew.
- Confident and effective communicator.
- Ability to perform well under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Basic enthusiasm and knowledge of luxury items, including fashion trends, supercars, and fine wines.
- Fundamental understanding of payment systems and credit card reward programs.
- Capable of presenting, promoting, and selling credit card products and related services.
- Strong prospecting and negotiation expertise aimed at meeting sales objectives.
