Role Summary

This full-time on-site Reporter position in Rudrapur involves collecting, verifying, and communicating information about vivo’s activities, factory operations, products, and employee programs. Regular duties include interviewing stakeholders, covering internal events and meetings, conducting research, and crafting accurate and clear news articles and multimedia materials for both internal use and external publications. The role requires producing reports, multimedia content, and news updates consistent with the brand’s communication standards, working closely with communication, HR, and operational teams to deliver timely and engaging information.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated ability in reporting and news writing to collect facts, authenticate details, and compose compelling narratives.
• Strong communication and writing expertise to explain complex topics clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation, including text, photography, and basic audio/video editing, suited for digital platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail with good editorial judgment and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant background in journalism, corporate communications, or content production, ideally within manufacturing or technology industries.
• Capability to work physically at the Rudrapur location, collaborate effectively with multiple departments, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
