About the Role

As a Replenishment Assistant Manager (ADM) at Woolworths Group, you will play a vital role in supporting efficient Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) operations by ensuring that stock is available on time to fulfil online orders. You will uphold inventory and food safety protocols rigorously to guarantee the right products are available at the appropriate times. In collaboration with the Replenishment Manager, you will share leadership responsibilities and step in as acting leader when necessary. Candidates will undergo a pre-employment medical examination as part of the recruitment process to promote a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of day-to-day departmental operations.
  • Collaborate with the Replenishment Manager on routine activities and explore initiatives to improve efficiency and order completeness alongside the eCommerce team.
  • Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety and food safety standards.
  • Support payroll operations to guarantee timely and accurate payments for the team.
  • Work with the product team to maintain freshness and accuracy of order fulfilments.
  • Drive improvements through cooperation with peers and different CFC teams.
  • Contribute to scheduling and staff training while ensuring adherence to employment agreements and training standards.
  • Coach and develop team members to foster future leadership and skills growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience supporting a Replenishment Department.
  • Background in retail support roles with an emphasis on operations support.
  • Familiarity with online order fulfilment workflows and systems.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory management, production scheduling, and replenishment processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills including time management and task planning.
  • Capability to coach and actively engage with team members.
  • Proficient with computer systems, digital tools, and resources utilized in daily operations.
