About the Role
Join our Care Services Team as a Repairs Specialist/Artisan based at our Warehouse in Dubai. This position is essential in upholding and enhancing the distinguished craftsmanship synonymous with Louis Vuitton. You will be responsible for delivering premium repair services and after-sales support, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, punctuality, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will significantly contribute to maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence through superior service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute repairs on a variety of items including leather goods, accessories, watches, and jewelry.
- Handle engraving and hot stamping tasks while effectively managing repair tracking systems.
- Oversee the inventory of spare parts and coordinate replenishment orders with the Paris office as needed.
- Uphold the Louis Vuitton principles of craftsmanship, precision, and collaborative teamwork throughout all responsibilities.
- Guarantee the quality of repairs, adhere to lead times, and prioritize repair tasks efficiently.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with retail stores concerning repair progress and any potential delays.
- Engage in continuous enhancement initiatives for the after-sales service experience.
