About the Role

Join our team as a Stylist focusing on the Ready-To-Wear (RTW) segment, leading client engagement strategies and enhancing the retail experience through expert styling and trend guidance. Collaborate closely with stakeholders on events, launches, and provide trainings to uplift retail styling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail team to identify new and existing client opportunities and support managers in formulating plans to maintain client satisfaction through Client Advisors.
• Work alongside the Merchandising team to propose commercial initiatives aimed at increasing RTW sales and promoting a comprehensive silhouette approach.
• Keep the team abreast of current fashion trends via both internal and external resources.
• Contribute to local and regional RTW events, projects, and new product introductions.
• Coordinate with the Zone Retail Learning department on relevant projects.
• Provide personalized one-on-one styling consultations across all Vuitton product categories to build a complete silhouette for clients.
• Support Retail and Client Development teams in hosting events and help Client Advisors enhance cross-selling and upselling through styling expertise.
• Assist Client Advisors during key VIC and High-End sales events.
• Offer insights and feedback regarding clients and potential business prospects.
• Lead coaching sessions and workshops focused on full silhouette styling and personal styling to elevate client interactions.
• Develop training materials and tools for effective knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with the RTW Merchandising team and RTW experts for collection-specific trainings.
• Assist in styling-related training sessions and client events as necessary.
• Perform additional styling services as required by the company.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail or fashion sales.
• Desired background includes personal shopping or styling expertise.
• Strong understanding of fashion and styling trends adaptable to varied client profiles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills suitable for interacting across levels.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to relate well with diverse personalities and clients.
