Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and property management representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress using the company’s dispatch system.
• Communicate effectively with support staff to clarify questions.
• Apply a specialized 5-step repair methodology unique to the company.
• Utilize and maintain a personalized tool kit for repair tasks.
• Innovatively solve repair challenges as they arise.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working with hands, which could include backgrounds in construction, manufacturing, painting, or relevant hobbies.
• Strong ability to perceive, match, and replicate colors accurately, an essential part of the repair process.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $19 to $25, combining base salary and performance bonuses.
