Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Repair & Refinishing Specialist who enjoys problem-solving in a dynamic work environment. You will utilize creativity to address small repairs often completed within an hour, making a meaningful impact by applying a unique 5-step repair method and using a personalized set of tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and property management personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress and notes using our dispatch platform.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to resolve any inquiries.
• Apply the company’s specialized 5-step repair process successfully.
• Operate all equipment and tools provided in your custom toolkit proficiently.
• Employ innovation and creativity to troubleshoot and complete repairs.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience working manually with hands in areas such as construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong ability to perceive, assess, and replicate colors accurately is critical for success in this role.
