Role Summary

This full-time remote position involves conducting on-site repairs and restoration of hard surfaces like worktops, bathroom fixtures, tiles, UPVC items, doors, windows, and flooring. The technician will be responsible for assessing damage, devising repair strategies, executing precise repair work, and ensuring results are both durable and visually consistent.

Key Duties

• Inspect damaged surfaces to evaluate repair needs.
• Plan and implement appropriate repair techniques for diverse material types.
• Perform meticulous restoration work ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Travel to client locations throughout London, Kent, and Southeast England.
• Maintain tools, repair kits, and vehicles to guarantee safe and reliable operation.
• Document completed repairs accurately and adhere to safety and quality protocols.
• Engage professionally with customers, providing clear updates and fostering positive service experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven technical ability in surface and appliance repair, including proficiency with relevant tools and restoration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess damage and select effective repair methods adaptable to various surfaces and site conditions.
• Competence in equipment upkeep for tools and vehicles.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Background in repair, construction, property maintenance, or related trades is advantageous.
• Capability to work independently, manage personal schedules, and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license and eligible to work in the UK preferred.
