Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic Sales Agents to join our team full-time in Ballina, working 38 hours per week. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in sales by contributing to exceptional customer experiences and managing our diverse premium vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face for customers, delivering friendly, professional, and enthusiastic service focused on sales excellence.
• Process rental agreements and respond to customer inquiries with organization and a commitment to outstanding service, ensuring positive experiences every time.
• Customize offers effectively using our broad range of products and fleet to suit customer needs.
• Maintain precise and secure management of booking and customer information through our technology platforms.
• Promote and embody SIXT Australia's values, adhering to premium standards, compliance, and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong sales aptitude paired with a genuine passion for delivering high-standard customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, engaging customers and colleagues with energy and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proficient computer skills with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 6am and midnight, including weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.
• Previous experience in sales within retail, dealership, technology, insurance, or real estate is advantageous but not required.

Additional Requirements

• Must possess a provisional or full driver’s licence.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Successful candidates will undergo a National Criminal History Check.

• Base hourly wage starting at $31.11 plus applicable penalty shift loadings.
