Remote Business Development Representative - Inbound & Outbound Setter

Role Overview

Join Limitless Agency as a full-time Business Development Representative operating remotely from Canada. This position balances inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to fuel our sales pipeline and support closers by ensuring only qualified prospects proceed. You will engage prospects via calls, texts, DMs, and other appropriate channels, managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Compensation Structure

This role offers a base salary of $1,000 USD per month with uncapped commissions based on performance: 2% commission on inbound deals closed, 5% commission on outbound deals closed, and a 10% commission on any deals you close yourself. With a target goal of 20 inbound and 5 outbound closes monthly, the expected earnings total approximately $11,400 USD monthly, or $136,800 annually, with unlimited upside.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to inbound leads and progress them through the sales funnel.
• Conduct thorough qualification conversations to assess lead suitability before passing to closers.
• Schedule qualified prospects for sales appointments and manage these calendars to maximize conversion and efficiency.
• Maintain high appointment show rates by confirming and following up on bookings.
• Reactivate dormant leads and identify new outbound opportunities to keep the pipeline robust.
• Handle objections effectively by articulating Limitless Agency’s value proposition.
• Accurately track and update pipeline and prospect information to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with the sales closing team to ensure seamless appointment handoffs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in appointment setting, sales development, or a related inside sales role.
• Demonstrated success in both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Strong verbal communication skills with confidence engaging business owners and decision-makers.
• Exceptional English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to qualify leads and accurately determine their readiness for sales conversations.
• Effective objection handling and appointment management capabilities.
• Proactive and disciplined with follow-up cadence, emphasizing urgency.
• Ability to succeed in a target-driven, high-performance sales setting.
• Organizational skills to maintain a clean and prioritized sales pipeline.
