Role Overview

The Reliability Lead Engineer role involves driving the enhancement of equipment reliability, performance, and availability to support uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to improve equipment reliability and operational availability.
• Diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective measures to minimize breakdowns.
• Oversee maintenance strategies, manage spare parts inventory, and spearhead equipment enhancement initiatives.
• Manage and execute equipment projects encompassing planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, testing, and commissioning stages.
• Mentor engineering personnel, facilitate training sessions, and offer technical expertise to the team.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related engineering field.
• Have accumulated a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in areas such as equipment maintenance, reliability engineering, or industrial heavy machinery projects.
• Bring strong familiarity with material handling systems, heavy machinery, and maintenance best practice methodologies.
• Demonstrated track record leading engineering projects and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive, hands-on work ethic.
