About the Role and Company
This opportunity is with a leading multinational corporation in the Industrial and Automation sector headquartered in Singapore, generating annual revenues in the billion USD range. The company emphasizes an employee-centric culture and operates a regional hub for data and AI. They are seeking a seasoned Lead Data Analyst to join their team in Singapore to spearhead impactful data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive data analytics projects at enterprise and global group levels.
- Partner closely with various business stakeholders, delivering actionable insights through data analysis.
- Support critical business functions including supply chain, finance, and manufacturing with robust analytics and business intelligence solutions.
- Develop and enhance BI tools, automating data processes for efficiency with large-scale datasets.
- Utilize data analysis methodologies like root cause analysis, gap analysis, and trend analysis to solve business problems.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in fields related to Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or similar disciplines.
- Have between 6 to 8 years of solid experience in data analytics and business intelligence development with automation, particularly in enterprise settings with large data volumes.
- Experience leading data analytic initiatives at the group or global organizational level is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with business partners on data-driven projects.
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Well-versed with Agile methodologies and adept at collaborating across multifunctional teams.
- Strong understanding of supporting supply chain, finance, and manufacturing operations through data analytics.
- Must currently reside in Singapore and possess relevant local work experience.
