Relationship Officer

Overview

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is actively recruiting for the position of Relationship Officer or Senior Relationship Officer to handle Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their loan needs, and facilitating the loan application and disbursement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate prospective leads for Home Loans and LAP through various channels including open market sourcing, builders, brokers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and connectors.
• Engage with customers, explain available loan products, eligibility criteria, and required documentation in detail.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets as assigned.
• Perform field visits to acquire customers and nurture ongoing relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have a minimum of six months and up to seven years of relevant experience in field sales or similar roles.
• Graduation is compulsory for applicants.
• Applicants must have a CIBIL credit score of at least 700.
• Age limit for candidates is 32 years.

Additional Information

• The position offers a competitive salary package up to INR 400,000 annually including incentives.
• The role is based across various locations in India with primary work expected onsite.
