About the Role
Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is seeking a diligent EMI/Payment Collection Officer based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. This position involves managing cash collections and ensuring timely recovery of payments.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect EMI and other payments from customers as per bank protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be between 18 and 32 years old.
- Minimum education qualification: Completed 12th grade or graduated.
- Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a bike are mandatory.
- Prior experience in collections is preferred but freshers are also welcome to apply.
