Relationship Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Relationship Officer based in South Kolkata to enhance sales by building strong connections with interior designers, contractors, architects, and builders. This role focuses on promoting our premium plywood products and maintaining steady business growth through strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with interior designers, contractors, architects, and builders to drive product promotion.
• Generate consistent business opportunities through sustained client engagement.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations highlighting the advantages of our plywood.
• Conduct negotiations, finalize sales, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Stay informed on market trends and demands to provide insightful feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth order processing and prompt delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Reside in South or Central Kolkata.
• A minimum of one year of experience in insurance sales.
• Female candidates only.
• Graduate degree, preferably with CBSE or ICSE educational background.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong skills in sales, persuasion, and negotiation.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.

Employment Details and Benefits

• Competitive salary based on experience, with a range up to INR 25,000 take-home plus Provident Fund.
• Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday; Sundays off.
• Work location: South Kolkata office (on-site).
