Job Overview

This position entails actively acquiring new clientele, promoting the bank's products (mainly credit cards), and consistently meeting established sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell banking products, focusing mainly on credit cards.
• Drive lead generation via direct sales efforts, referrals, corporate visits, and various sourcing methods.
• Screen and identify eligible customers, ensuring all submissions meet quality standards.
• Consistently reach monthly sales and productivity objectives.
• Clearly articulate product details including features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria to prospective customers.
• Ensure all customer documentation is thorough and accurate.
• Adhere strictly to bank guidelines, compliance protocols, and ethical sales standards.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage application processing and follow-ups.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in banking or sales is preferred.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Highly target-driven with a dedicated approach to success.
• Aptitude to perform efficiently in a dynamic sales environment.
• Experience in UAE banking or credit card sales will be advantageous.
