Job Overview

This role offers a direct, on-roll position within the banking industry. As a Relationship Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing and driving bank-assigned Banca sales and providing service excellence to bank customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage Banca sales initiatives through the bank assigned to you.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Convert assigned leads by actively engaging and closing potential client opportunities.
• Assist and support walk-in customers to foster positive experiences and facilitate sales.
• Promote and cross-sell a variety of banking products to meet client needs.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Applicants must possess a minimum of a graduate degree.
• A minimum of one year’s experience is needed, preferably in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
• Effective communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
