Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to take full responsibility for managing and expanding the assigned territory in Durgapur, West Bengal. This role involves acquiring new customers, nurturing client connections, and driving business growth with a focus on meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers to increase business volume.
- Expand the geographical territory via field sales activities.
- Generate leads and efficiently convert them into revenue.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure continued business.
- Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Conduct market visits to discover new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduation degree.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in sales or field sales roles.
- Background in BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Automobile, Pharma, EdTech, or similar sales industries is acceptable.
- Strong skills in communication and negotiation.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated personality.
- Preference given to candidates located in Durgapur.
Location and Compensation
Based in Durgapur, West Bengal, the position offers a salary up to ₹3.45 lakh per annum plus incentives. The recruitment process includes an online test followed by a face-to-face interview.
