Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at M I R A L.L.C in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining robust client relationships, ensuring their requirements are thoroughly addressed. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, aiming to deliver exceptional service and support overall business expansion.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing relationships within a developer company based in the UAE.
• Excellent verbal and written communication alongside strong negotiation capabilities.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
