Role Description
As a Relationship Manager based in Perth, you will manage a portfolio consisting of Government and Letters customers, serving as their primary point of contact and accountability. Your role includes protecting existing revenue streams, expanding accounts, and fulfilling commitments to stakeholders. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will collaborate extensively with Customer Success, Solutions, Pricing, and Legal teams to serve the Western Australia region effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at safeguarding revenue and enabling sustainable growth.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, pricing adjustments, and adherence to performance obligations.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling prospects by presenting clear value propositions and substantiated business cases.
- Maintain and nurture executive-level relationships while leading governance activities such as quarterly business reviews.
- Ensure account plans and sales forecasts are up-to-date in Salesforce to facilitate effective pipeline management.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a trusted advisor with a history of cultivating senior relationships and influencing key decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, disciplined planning skills, and the ability to remain composed in managing complex accounts. Leadership through influence and ethical business practices are paramount.
- Experienced in senior enterprise or government sales involving complex accounts, preferably within logistics, eCommerce, or supply chain sectors.
- Demonstrable success in managing major accounts, driving revenue growth, and overseeing contract renewals.
- Proven ability in creating actionable plans, maintaining responsiveness, engaging effectively with customers, and adeptly navigating internal networks to address client needs.
