Job Overview
We are seeking a driven Relationship Manager specializing in loan sales to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves assisting clients in identifying suitable loan options aligned with their financial objectives. Primary duties include initiating contact with prospective clients, detailing loan product features, and supporting customers throughout the application journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new prospective leads to present loan offerings persuasively.
- Assist customers in selecting loans that best fit their individual requirements.
- Gather and scrutinize financial documents such as bank statements and tax filings.
- Provide comprehensive guidance to clients during the entire loan application process.
- Achieve established weekly and monthly sales goals effectively.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales roles, banking, or the lending industry.
- Exceptional communication capabilities, especially over the phone.
- Strong numerical aptitude and detail-oriented approach.
- Outgoing and convincing interpersonal traits.
