Candidate Profile

• Strong dedication to enhancing resident wellbeing and building a vibrant community
• Excellent skills in communication and relationship development
• Background in customer service, community engagement or operational roles with a people-oriented focus
• A friendly, accessible, and solution-driven approach
• Ability to effectively coordinate personnel, services, and daily operational activities

Experience specifically in retirement living is not mandatory; we emphasize the importance of a suitable attitude, core values, and applicable experience.
