Job Overview
Join Au Small Finance Bank as a Relationship Manager based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, serving both existing and prospective clients by nurturing longstanding relationships and expanding the bank's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong engagement with current customers and attract new clients by explaining banking products and services.
- Promote and sell a variety of banking products including Savings and Current Accounts, Loans, and Insurance policies.
- Understand each customer's financial needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the bank.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with branch staff to facilitate documentation and streamline account-opening procedures.
- Conduct market and field visits to identify and generate fresh business prospects.
- Maintain an organized customer database and perform regular follow-ups to sustain customer relationships.
Remuneration
The position offers a monthly salary range between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000.
