Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager at Icici Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited in Jaipur, you will be instrumental in expanding our insurance advisor network and driving business growth through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors and agents from various sources including references, community ties, and direct outreach.
• Train advisors, encouraging and guiding them towards meeting their business objectives.
• Drive life insurance sales by leveraging the agency distribution channel.
• Regularly conduct field visits to engage with prospective customers and expand client base.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with both advisors and customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Assist advisors in identifying potential customers and developing new leads.
• Communicate product information effectively, detailing benefits and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
• Engage in persistent follow-up activities to convert leads into confirmed insurance policies.
• Meet or exceed established monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain consistent and accurate sales activity records and report on business performance.
• Ensure adherence to proper documentation practices in line with company compliance requirements.
• Provide continuous support to advisors throughout the sales process, including policy issuance.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 25,000 to INR 40,000.
