About Docland Services Limited

Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with prominent clients, primarily doctors and hospital proprietors, ensuring excellent communication and persuasive negotiation capabilities.
- Quickly assimilate and implement principles related to medicolegal and risk management domains.
- Conduct on-field sales activities, targeting at least 10 client visits daily.
- Mandatory ownership of a two-wheeler for commuting purposes.
- Generate revenue at a minimum of ten times the Cost to Company (CTC).
- Exemplify self-drive and focus on results.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Possess familiarity with diverse sales methodologies.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Competency in computer operations and effective utilization of technological tools.
- Experience ranging from 6 months to 8 years in related roles.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 INR monthly.
