About the Company
Docland Services Limited is an Indian enterprise specializing in healthcare risk management and medico-legal services. The company offers professional protection, insurance consultancy, and legal assistance to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage directly with high-profile clients including doctors and hospital proprietors.
- Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Rapidly understand and implement medico-legal and risk management principles.
- Conduct field sales activities with a minimum of 10 client visits daily.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for travel.
- Achieve sales revenues at least tenfold the cost to company (CTC).
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a focus on achieving results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solid knowledge and experience in diverse sales methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Competence in using computer systems and leveraging technology effectively.
- Completion of graduation (bachelor's degree) is required.
- Applicants should have between six months to eight years of relevant experience.
Remuneration
The salary offered ranges between 20,000 and 25,000 INR per month.
