Role Overview

Joining Bank of Singapore as a Private Banking professional allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of high-net-worth clients and families. The position involves building enduring relationships, understanding distinct client needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions to help attain their ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, acquire, and sustain strong client relationships aligned with business objectives.
• Meet and exceed annual revenue goals and net new money targets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by comprehensively understanding and addressing diverse client requirements, providing expert investment product guidance, and expanding client asset portfolios over time.
• Proactively engage in new business development, anticipating and leveraging emerging opportunities.
• Stay informed of current and evolving financial products and services, contributing feedback towards product innovation.
• Oversee quality assurance in client service processes to uphold service standards.

Candidate Profile

• Manage an asset under management (AUM) portfolio of at least USD 200 million.
• Possess between 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in wealth management or private banking.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication and client engagement skills.
• Hold a good university degree and preferably have completed professional qualifications such as Certified Asian Consultant Specialist (CACS) Papers I and II.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and strong business understanding.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred for communication with clients from the Japanese market.
