Job Location

Positions are available in several locations across India including Uttara Kannada (Karnataka), Ballari (Karnataka), Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), and Medchal Malkajgiri (Telangana).

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive business generation through direct sales and client sourcing efforts.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as assigned.
• Assist with loan documentation procedures and facilitate customer onboarding.
• Oversee timely collection of payments and maintain the quality of the loan portfolio.
• Undertake frequent travel within the designated territory to support sales activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Possess between 1 to 3 years of sales experience preferably in NBFCs, Banking, Microfinance Institutions, Housing Finance, Mortgage, SME Loans, Insurance, or Education Sales sectors.
• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade (HSC), Diploma, or Graduation.
• Must own a two-wheeler vehicle and have a valid driving licence.
• Comfortable with extensive daily travel of up to 100 kilometers for field sales.
• Effective communication skills along with proficiency in the local language.
• A strong willingness to perform customer sourcing through direct field sales efforts.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from INR 23,333 to INR 47,500 along with incentives based on performance.
