Job Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through direct sales and identifying potential customers.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
• Assist customers with loan documentation and onboarding procedures.
• Manage timely collections and uphold the quality of the lending portfolio.
• Frequently travel within the allocated territory to source customers and develop business.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of sales experience in sectors such as NBFC, Banking, MFI, Housing Finance, Mortgage, SME loans, Insurance, or Education Sales.
• Educational qualification of at least 10th grade, Higher Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or Graduation.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.
• Comfortable with daily field travel up to 100 kilometers.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in the local language.
• Willingness to engage in direct field sales and customer sourcing.

• Competitive salary range from INR 23,333 to INR 47,500 per month.
